Senior Conveyancing Paralegal Position
The role of a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal entails managing off-the-plan conveyancing for all asset classes, residential conveyancing, and other tasks such as preparing sales contracts, negotiating amendments, and effecting exchange.
* Prepare and issue sales contracts, negotiate amendments, and execute exchanges
* Generate and distribute periodic reports to clients
* Process and file high volumes of email communication
* Settle sales using PEXA or an equivalent electronic system
* Develop and register residential tenancy agreements
* Modify residential tenancy agreements upon exercise of an option to renew
* A high level of attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and be a dependable team member
* Confidence running own conveyancing files with limited supervision
* Familiarity with PEXA and understanding of conveyancing procedures and lease registration in NSW
