Our client is a leading retailer of shop fittings, shelving and display solutions and are now seeking a Customer Service Representative, due to ongoing growth within the company.
The company offers a vast range of Off the Shelf products and tailored Custom Solutions.
The details of your role will include the following:
- Provide helpful customer service via the telephone.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Checking and responding to customer enquiries.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up on them as required.
- Varying administrative duties as required.
A key part of the role will be to recognise and develop leads within the business. This may involve looking for support from other functions within the business such as projects team.
