We're looking for a standout Venue General Manager to lead our much loved West End venue. Nestled among a vibrant strip of bustling shops, cafés, and eateries, Yo-Chi West End thrives on high foot traffic, loyal locals, and unbeatable energy.
This newly created role is perfect for a confident, people first leader who loves taking ownership, building high performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be empowered to lead, supported to grow, and encouraged to make a real impact every day!
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead by example - deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.

Who we're looking for:
* An experienced leader in hospitality or retail, ideally with high volume or multi‐site management experience.
* Confident in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L)
