As a leader in the pharmacy industry, we are seeking an experienced pharmacist to manage our team and deliver high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist, proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership, strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management, a current police check and working with children check (or willingness to obtain), vaccination accreditation, and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work every second Saturday. The key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
* Driving professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
* Managing stock control and store performance to achieve KPIs.
* Ensuring compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
* Providing high-quality patient care through clinical advice, dispensing, and medication reviews.
