**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our childcare operations. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily centre activities, including staffing and facilities management.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results. You will inspire and support Educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality care.
Additionally, you will design and deliver engaging activities for children's holistic development, prioritising their safety and well-being while adhering to policies and procedures. Your expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance will ensure that our centre meets all standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Centre Operations: Oversee daily centre activities, including staffing, budgets, and facilities management.
* Inspire and Support Educators: Coach, mentor, and provide opportunities for professional growth to ensure high-quality care.
* Design Engaging Activities: Create and implement activities promoting children's holistic development.
* Prioritise Children's Safety: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
* Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Meet all standards and regulations through expert knowledge and quality assurance practices.
Requirements:
1. Education: ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre, including leadership roles.
3. Qualifications: Current Working with Children Check.
4. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
