COP is a leader in offshore wind development, working on projects worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our office in Taiwan.
* Execute local HR operations to ensure compliance with labour laws and global standards.
* Manage day-to-day queries, employee relations, and policy administration.
* Implement global initiatives locally and adapt them to meet Taiwan requirements.
* Support international employees relocating to Taiwan, including onboarding and mobility processes.
You will work closely with COP's global People & Communications team to deliver reliable HR services. Key qualifications include:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Taiwan HR operations.
* Proven knowledge of labour law, payroll, and employment practices.
* Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
