Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Perth Office, as part of our Transformation Change team in Consulting. Our Transformation Group helps clients navigate unique business transformation journeys.
About the Role
* You will support and consult on projects across various industries and sectors.
* Drive meaningful change by tailoring approaches to organisational context, culture, and maturity.
* Assess impacts of change (process, people, tech, policy) and broader environment for change (dependencies, readiness, capacity).
Your Skills & Qualifications
* A strong understanding of change management principles with previous experience in large-scale organisational change efforts is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are required along with leadership and team management skills.
