We are seeking self motivated offshore sales expert for our growing startup. The incumbent must have an entrepreneurial mindset along with proven track record of selling IT Staff Augmentation service.
Job Description:
* Sell IT Staff Augmentation services including dedicated developers, remote teams, and contract staffing to clients in the USA, Canada, and Australia
* Drive new client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, outbound calls, networking, and referrals
* Set meetings with decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, Engineering Managers, and Procurement teams
* Understand client requirements and propose right-fit offshore staffing solutions
* Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Maintain and update CRM pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups
* Collaborate with delivery, HR, and technical teams to ensure smooth candidate/team onboarding
* Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation or Software Services sales
* Hands-on experience dealing with USA, Canada, or Australia clients
* Strong understanding of offshore / nearshore delivery models
* Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to sell remote engineers and full-cycle staffing solutions
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Nice to Have
* Existing client network in US / CA / AU markets
* Experience selling SaaS, Recruitment Tech, or ATS products
* Knowledge of common IT roles and tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Mobile, AI, etc.)
