Acrow are actively recruiting an experienced WA based Scaffold Coordinator (Yard) to be a key part of the scaffolding construction for Project Ceres - Perdaman, in Karratha WA. The scope of work includes Yard Management, Scaffolding, Rope Access and White-Collar roles for the construction period, working a 20:8 roster.
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:
* Minimum 5 year's Construction experience as a Scaffold Coordinator, preferably in a Greenfield Construction environment
* Management of supply operations including the receipt, storage, issuance, traceability, quality assurance and accountability of all company-supplied assets
* Interface with Engineering and Construction related to material take-offs, requisitions and required on site dates
* Planning, scheduling and coordinating material resources and yard personnel to complete workpack tasks within Construction timeframes
* Develop and implement material control processes
* Leadership and guidance of 4 yardmen and 2 machinery operators (numbers may grow)
* Lead daily prestart meetings; discuss safety concerns, the wearing of full PPE including the wearing of gloves, KPIs, operational changes, high standard housekeeping requirements etc
* Ensure all company-supplied materials reach the scaffold yard in line with the schedule (Supplier to Perth - Perth to Karratha)
* Align all outgoing and incoming materials in Scafpac with Company accounting system Scenario for monthly reporting
* Liaise with Superintendents and Construction team for lookahead, in line with schedule requirements to ensure material availability
* Stock control of consumables, scaffolder tooling, working at heights equipment and all associated yard running costs
* Right to work in Australia
