Site Operations Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily site operations, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
This is a full-time position responsible for:
* Managing site activities;
* Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and representatives;
* Tracking project milestones and reviewing construction drawings;
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with preparation of ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs as needed;
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering (civil or mechanical preferred);
* Experience in water infrastructure projects, including involvement in water or wastewater treatment plant construction;
* Strong understanding of methodologies, including interpreting technical drawings and specifications;
* Proficiency in site documentation and systems;
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
