Job Title: Retail Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a flexible and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Officer.
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in customer service and cash handling.
* Perform customer sales and service transactions accurately, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
* Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
* Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
* Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
You will work across a roster, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a background in customer service and/or cash handling. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and take part in extensive training to hone their customer service skills.
Key Requirements:
* Flexible and able to work across a roster.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
* Background in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Able to lift up to 16kg of mail repeatedly and stand for most of your shift.
