We're working with a very exciting, market disrupting consultancy to find a SAP Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale HR transformation programmes across a diverse client base.
This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role where you'll take ownership of solution architecture, functional design, and end‐to‐end delivery of Employee Central implementations.
You'll work closely with HR and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, best‐practice solutions, while guiding projects from initial design through to go‐live and optimisation.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead the architecture and solution design of a wide range of Employee Central implementations
* Deliver end‐to‐end projects across multiple client engagements
* Run workshops and advise stakeholders on best‐practice HR system design
* Design org structures, data models, workflows, and business rules
* Support testing, deployment, and post‐go‐live optimisation
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
* Mentor and support junior consultants within the practice
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Employee Central implementations
* Solid functional expertise across core HR, workflows, and EC data structures
* Background in a consulting or project delivery setting
* Confidence working directly with senior HR and business stakeholders
* Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
Nice to have:
* SuccessFactors certifications
* Experience across other SF modules or integrations
