This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium, values-based DVA and Disability Service provider committed to empowering people to live fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will play a critical role in strengthening operations, expanding services, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across the organisation.

About the Organisation

Our client is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive, respectful and compassionate care. The organisation works closely with participants, families, and sector partners to provide high-quality, person-centred services that support independence, dignity, and choice.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will lead the organisation's strategic growth and operational excellence, ensuring services continue to expand sustainably while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations while positioning the organisation for long-term success through strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead organisational strategy, growth and business development, identifying opportunities to expand services and markets
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance and high standards of care
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, funding processes and resource allocation

* Build strong relationships with clients, families, support coordinators and community stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with NDIS, DVA and relevant regulatory standards
* Provide strategic reporting and insights to the CEO and leadership team

About You

You are a strategic and people-focused leader who thrives in complex service environments and is motivated by making a genuine difference.

You will bring:

* Senior leadership experience within disability, healthcare, veterans or community services
* Strong knowledge of NDIS, DVA and/or aged care frameworks and funding models
* Demonstrated experience driving organisational growth and operational improvements
* Strong financial management and strategic planning capability
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Services or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
