Strong focus on the strategic assessment & establishment of new regions and business development Grow our profile with major insurers across the Gold Coast and develop new relationships Strong focus on the strategic assessment & establishment of new regions and business development Be supported by Head Office including HR, Finance, Compliance, Systems, Business/Client Development & Operations teams Foster a great culture, relationships, communication, team, safety, quality, and first-class service Contribute to the strategy development & direction of the national business, as part of the executive leadership team Experience Previous experience leading and mentoring people within a building / construction operation Demonstrated experience growing a business unit or operation Collaborative, people-oriented manager who values culture & relationships Exposure to P&L management or exposure to managing costs & budgets and willing to grow Background in Insurance industry is desirable Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management preferred Experience and demonstrated understanding of OHS practices, legislation and regulations.
