Role – Operations Manager - Construction An exciting opportunity is now available to join the leadership team,work on a strategy for the expansion of the Gold Coast business & lead them into their next phase of sustainable growth. Strong focus on the strategic assessment & establishment of new regions and business development Grow our profile with major insurers across the Gold Coast and develop new relationships Strong focus on the strategic assessment & establishment of new regions and business development Be supported by Head Office including HR, Finance, Compliance, Systems, Business/Client Development & Operations teams Foster a great culture, relationships, communication, team, safety, quality, and first-class service Contribute to the strategy development & direction of the national business, as part of the executive leadership team Experience Previous experience leading and mentoring people within a building / construction operation Demonstrated experience growing a business unit or operation Collaborative, people-oriented manager who values culture & relationships Exposure to P&L management or exposure to managing costs & budgets and willing to grow Background in Insurance industry is desirable Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management preferred Experience and demonstrated understanding of OHS practices, legislation and regulations. Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Valid Australian Driver's License and White Card Do not miss this exciting opportunity to join a great team and a business that values their people
