Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Officer role located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for performing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws and policies. The officer will provide guidance to employees and leadership on HR-related topics, maintain employee records, and assist in performance review processes. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive workplace culture and deliver effective HR support.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management
* Strong skills in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
* Understanding of Compliance, Employment Laws, and workplace standards
* Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous experience in HR or related roles; experience in aged care is an advantage
* Certifications such as SHRM-CP or equivalent will be considered an asset
