The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-rise construction projects from start to finish. You will lead a dynamic team on-site, manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive projects to completion on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to achieve milestones Oversee construction quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Report progress to senior management and maintain strong stakeholder communication Drive continuous improvement in site processes and efficiency About You: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale residential projects Open Builders licence is essential Excellent knowledge of construction processes, codes, and OH&S standards Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and teams effectively Solutions-focused with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Why This Role?
