What You'll Be Doing
* Design and deliver impactful learning programs across sales, branch and customer support teams
* Lead product and category training to support new product launches and commercial priorities
* Build and manage a structured capability development framework and training calendar
* Embed onboarding programs that accelerate new starter success
* Leverage data, reporting and insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness
* Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver best‐in‐class training experiences
* Drive engaging delivery across face‐to‐face, digital and train‐the‐trainer formats

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in learning & development, training, or customer‐facing roles
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in B2B, trade, retail or customer service environments (preferred)
* Expertise and passion for progressive learning and development theory
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link capability to business outcomes
* Confident facilitator with engaging presentation and communication skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
