Manage the financials and on time delivery of releases.
Provide coaching to help resolve process issues across the release train.
What you will bring Prior RTE experience and good understanding of SAFe.
Prior experience in launching ARTs Prior experience in running Big Room Planning / PI Planning events Proven background in delivering projects on time and on budget.
Strong experience in proactively identifying risks & issues and managing them through the delivery life cycle.
Proactively identify and resolve interdependencies between various delivery teams.
Experienced in capacity management.
Experience working in complex environment with a range of stakeholders.
Experienced in Vendor relationship and contracts management.
Ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes Strong Technology knowledge and solid business knowledge Ability to manage financials and project plans Understanding of Agile methodologies and an ability to apply these in practice A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools, and processes across the project lifecycle.
Comfortable of working through Rally and clarity would be an added advantage.
Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management.
