They are looking for a new Operations Manager to facilitate a safe and effective operation in Melbourne's West.
Job Description
- Lead daily site operations, supporting AM/PM shifts
- Manage multiple customers including acting as escalation point
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of bulk and packaged chemicals
- Maintain commercial discipline - drive cost control and P&L; outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with health & safety and customer service teams
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience in 3PL environment
- Experience working on both commercial and hands on side of the business
- DG experience advantageous
