The Opportunity
Stanley College is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Student Support and Industry Engagement Coordinator to join our Higher Education team in Adelaide. This pivotal role supports students throughout their learning journey while developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships with industry and community organisations.
You will play a key role in securing high-quality field placement opportunities for students in our Bachelor of IT, Bachelor of Business, and Bachelor of Community Services programs, ensuring placements are compliant, relevant, and enriching. You will also help foster an engaged and supported student community from orientation through to graduation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain partnerships with community service organisations and industry partners across South Australia.
* Identify and secure field placement opportunities aligned with academic outcomes and compliance standards.
* Support students through proactive guidance, administrative assistance, and responsive problem-solving
* Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure quality placement experiences and positive student outcomes.
* Coordinate student events such as orientation and graduation, building a strong sense of belonging and community.
* Monitor placement and student experience quality, address risks, and ensure compliance with Higher Education and accreditation requirements.
* Represent Stanley College at networking and engagement events, strengthening our industry reputation and connections.
About You
* achelor's degree in Business, ICT, Community Services, Education, or related discipline.
* Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or placement coordination.
* Knowledge of the community services or education sector, including regulatory and accreditation frameworks.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, student-focused approach.
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
