Lead our contract collection operations team in our Cairns depot. Excellent career development opportunity within a growing National Company.

Lead the team and champion the day-to-day business functions!
On a day-to-day basis, the work will include things like:
* Manage all functions across multiple sites with 15+ employees
* Plan for and react to change
* Engage. lead and develop the team, and see it through
* Deliver the overall branch strategy
* Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
* Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture
* Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
ABOUT YOU
* HR license, driving experience highly regarded
* Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
* Fantastic at employee engagement! You are a people leader by nature, and enjoy interacting with your team
* The ability to prioritise, think laterally and make things happen
