Role Overview:
As our HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations by providing comprehensive HR services, implementing strategies that support the business goals, and ultimately fostering employee engagement. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate with the wider team to build a high-performance culture and ensure that the business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible as the first point of site contact, providing guidance and support for employees, including addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
2. Manage site-related HRIS.
3. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new starters.
4. Maintain good knowledge and understanding of employment and industrial relations, legislation, and regulations.
5. Drive, influence, and shape a high-performing culture.
6. Support managers in evaluating employee performance and implementing improvement plans.
7. Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure training programs are delivered to promote upskilling and reskilling, aligned with operational requirements.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws & regulations, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
9. Propose and implement site-related policies.
10. Participate in HR projects.
11. Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, and ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* A tertiary degree, AHRI certification, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial industry.
* Working knowledge of SAP and/or intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships.
* A strategic thinker capable of analyzing data trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive and motivated approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* A passion for creating positive customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
