Residential Carpenter Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced residential carpenter to join our team.
This is a full-time position that requires at least 6 years' experience in residential building and renovations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Builds and installs structural elements including framing, and subfloors, ensuring all parts are level and correctly aligned.
* Read architectural drawings, designs, blueprints to construct and build structures and building.
* Attach fascia boards, secure external cladding, and install windows and door frames.
* May build concrete formwork.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.
* Skilled in carpentry with your own tools and reliable vehicle.
