Contract Administration Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced administration professional to join our team as a Contract Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing project documentation and correspondence
* Coordinating administrative support functions on behalf of the logistics unit
* Providing project support services to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and budgets are being met against established milestones and deliverables
* Extensive database maintenance
* Coordinating internal/external stakeholders
* Managing warehouse inventory and transportation
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
* At least 12 months experience in a strong logistics administration capacity
* Previous project and public sector experience will be highly advantageous
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
