Job Title: Underground Electrical Systems Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Underground Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the availability, reliability, and cost control of electrical infrastructure at our mining site. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the integrity of our electrical systems and meeting site-wide targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective maintenance management practices to optimize productivity of the electrical function.
* Lead and support a safety-focused culture to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage risks associated with plant and equipment procurement, ensuring compliance with site Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
* Foster collaboration between maintenance and operational teams to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Demonstrated expertise in managing high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
* Proven capability in developing and executing asset management plans aligned with ISO 55000 principles.
* Strong command of maintenance planning systems, with the ability to analyse performance data, identify failure trends, and implement corrective actions.
