Role Overview
The Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable/Payable plays a critical role in supporting our organization by performing various financial functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, purchase order processing, travel requests, and month-end variance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing receipt and disbursement of invoices;
* Data entry of finance documents into our accounting system;
* Working with business areas to ensure accuracy of data entered in our accounting system;
* Management of and reporting on outstanding accounts payable, receivables, and purchase orders;
* Assisting with month end variance reporting;
* Assisting business areas with general finance queries.
