The Senior Associate in the medical negligence department plays a crucial role in advocating for clients who have suffered due to medical negligence. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude to manage conflicting business needs and deadlines effectively.
* Qualifications:
* 7+ years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) within an injuries litigation environment
* Strong client and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the wider team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
The position involves fostering and managing relationships with referrers and other external parties, contributing to the growth of the practice. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide support and mentoring to junior legal staff.
