Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our team and help improve our website’s organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with business objectives and digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
- Perform regular keyword research and identify content opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices
- Conduct SEO audits, analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnership opportunities
- Analyze competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
