Your new role
This is a unique opportunity designed to suit both early-career candidates and experienced professionals looking to step into a dynamic, client-facing environment. The role will commence ASAP and be tailored to your experience, with responsibilities ranging from:
* First point of contact for clients, delivering a high-quality service experience
* Coordinating meetings, calendars and client communications
* Supporting workflow administration, job setup and invoicing
* Assisting with compliance processes including ASIC and ATO lodgements
* General office coordination and administrative support
For experienced candidates (EA / Operations focus):
* Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders
* Managing complex diaries, communications and workflow priorities
* Supporting operational projects, system improvements and process optimisation
* Contributing to business growth initiatives and internal reporting
* Enhancing client experience and supporting team performance
Across all levels, you will be working closely within an established admin and operations team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.

* Salary ranging from $55,000 – $80,000 + Super depending on experience
