Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Integration) What your exciting day will look like: Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and infrastructure issues Act as a customer advocate, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution Create and maintain knowledge base content to empower users and improve efficiency Collaborate with global teams to address product feedback and enhancements Maintain clear communication across calls, cases, and digital channels Continuous learning of our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform. What skills you'll bring to the table: Up to 2-4 years' experience in a Technical Application support or Software support background Should have solid JavaScript experience (be able to read/understand JS code for troubleshooting) A clear communicator & strong problem-solver with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues, case management skills A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality Strong skills in at least 2 or more of the following areas: LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication/user management systems (OAuth/OIDC, Azure AD, Okta, SAML, SiteMinder) Familiarity with Email infrastructure (O365, Exchange, Postfix) Web services/APIs (SOAP/REST) Knowledgeable with JDBC/ODBC Familiarity with ETL/3rd party integrations Network infrastructure/troubleshooting What awaits you: Look forward to an exciting & innovative Tech culture, state of the art facilities, very supportive environment, strong growth trajectory, flexible WFH/Hybrid setup & the opportunity for perm conversion. * Candidates must have full working rights in AU What's Next?
