Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Production Operator to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant, operate heavy machinery, and interact with customers to take orders and schedule deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain complex equipment, including front-end loaders and concrete batch plants.
* Ensure efficient production processes, meeting quality and productivity standards.
* Manage customer interactions, taking orders and scheduling deliveries in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid HR licence (training provided for the right candidate).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime when required.
