The newly created role of Safety and Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and improving our workplace health and safety management system, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with current and future legislation.
* Review incident reports and investigations to provide corrective actions.

* Lead training activities and create risk registers.
