Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Oaks Gold Coast Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Guest Experience
Provide an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
* Communication
Maintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
* Team Leadership
Guide and support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences.
* Daily Tasks
Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Problem Solving
Resolve and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Reporting
Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting.
* Team Management
Effectively manage team roster to meet budgets.
* Recruitment Support
Support Hotel Manager with recruitment.
Requirements
* Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience at a supervisor level within a hotel environment.
* People Management Skills
Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer Service Skills
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
* Trust Accounting
Understanding of trust accounting.
* Availability
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
