We are currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Broker Assistant.
This position is customer focused and involves assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence and general office duties.
Key responsibilities include working closely with Client Managers to help achieve goals and objectives, requiring strong Customer Service Focus, Organised time management skills, Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Insurance Industry or Financial Services and possess excellent communication skills.
