Renewable Energy Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced contract administrator to oversee contractual obligations throughout the project delivery lifecycle. This includes managing commercial risks, preparing accurate reporting, administering payment claims and contractor entitlements, and providing informed feedback to legal and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims, and progress payments across construction projects.
* Support project teams in managing commercial risks and preparing accurate reporting.
* Administer payment claims and contractor entitlements in compliance with Security of Payment legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in law or engineering or construction management is highly regarded. Additionally, an extensive background in contract administration and commercial management across construction and energy projects, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive value and manage risk are essential.
In-depth knowledge of contractual frameworks and compliance requirements within the Australian market, confident and effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.
