* The Refuelling Operations Supervisor will oversee the delivery of fuel to aviation platforms.
* This role requires experience in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/Aviation Refueling, operations management, and implementing operations programs.
In this position, you will manage a team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of fuel.
Key Responsibilities include leading teams for effective delivery of Aviation Refuelling Services, ensuring high standards of quality, cost, safety, and performance.
You will also be responsible for employee relations, supporting IR matters, and maintaining robust systems and compliance with processes, procedures, and regulations.
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in their field, who can lead and motivate teams effectively.
Apart from technical skills, strong communication and leadership integrity are essential qualities for success in this role.
