About the role:

Our Trade Centres operate differently from our retail sites, providing delivery and pickup solutions for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a 'whole of build' solution. We stock core builders' lines, including timber, Fibre Cement, cladding, windows, doors, and appliances. Our Trade Centres handle the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products, allowing our stores to focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting other trades.

The Albury Team is seeking a Full-time Trade Quoting team member to work alongside their Trade Specialist.

What's involved:

* Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, including builders and site supervisors
* Provide accurate quotations to site supervisors and estimators
* Assist customer inquiries over the phone
* Communicate with sales teams
* Maintain accurate inventory

You'll need:

* A genuine passion for customer service
* An ability to work in and contribute to a team
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of building products and processes
* Good computer literacy
