Sales Associates are in the driver's seat of enterprise sales cycles, partnering with veteran Pega Account Executives in a field-based closing role which places emphasis on personalized training and development. Your impact will enable Pega's field sales community to penetrate and radiate across enterprise organizations in an assigned account portfolio. Sales Associates join a diverse ecosystem of intellect and expertise, learning the skills needed to succeed in today's SaaS market and driving deals to closure as you prepare to earn your first territory as a Pega Field Account Executive.

What You'll Do At Pega
* Partner with Field Sales Managers and Account Executives to accelerate client engagement and goal attainment in an assigned account portfolio
* Learn to activate selling levers and tactical activities required to drive end-to-end, enterprise sales cycles
* Conduct strategic account research mapping C-level agendas to Pega value props
* Engage Pega's Alliance Partner network on co-sell and client delivery efforts
* Develop outstanding public speaking and presentation skills through real, client-facing experiences
* Build out your network by interfacing across all functions and levels of Pega

* 2-4+ years of business development and full cycle selling experience with proven quota/metric attainment within the software industry
* Top performance in meeting required sales metrics tied to pipeline generation
* Documented history of thriving in a team environment
