Aboutthis opportunity

As anOccupational Therapist with the WA Country Health Service, you willplan, coordinate, and provide an occupational therapy service to adesignated caseload of inpatient, outpatient and/or communityclients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have theopportunity to develop broad clinical and professionalskills.

This is anopen-ended Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time/Part Time,Fixed Term Full Time/Part Time, and Casual appointments. Thisincludes the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Thefollowing must be noted:

* Thepanel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications andwill assess on a regular basis.
* Interviews may not beconducted as part of the process, but applicants may becontacted if additional information is required.
* Refereeswill be contacted as part of the assessmentprocess.
* If youare successful to the pool, you will be considered for allsuitable vacancies across hospitals and health services in the7 WACHS regions for the duration of the pool without having tore-apply for each individual position. You will be able toindicate your regional preferences and availability forpositions.
* Appointments may be madefrom this pool until 31/07/2026

* Evidenceof an Australian occupational therapy qualification, orevidence of eligibility for registration by the OccupationalTherapy Board of Australia, or evidence confirming enrolment inthe final semester of university.
* Acomprehensive CV that summarises your experience andprofessional qualifications.
* Astatement of 2-3 pages addressing the essential selectioncriteria, with examples to demonstrate your skills andexperience. The essential selection criteria are listed on thefinal page of the attached Job Description Form.
* Thenames and contact details of two (2) recent professionalreferees. It is preferable for one to be your currentsupervisor or manager.

Successfulapplicants will be required to:

* Provideevidence of an Australian occupational therapy qualification,or evidence of eligibility for registration by the OccupationalTherapy Board of Australia, or evidence confirming enrolment inthe final semester of university.
* Provideevidence of their Australian citizenship or permanent residencyto be considered for a permanent position in the WA publicsector
* Undertake criminalrecords screening and integrity checks; this may also includereferees commenting on your integrity and past demonstration ofethical behaviour
