As a Diabetes Educator, you’ll work within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment, embracing new models of care and translating research into practice. You will:
* Provide expert clinical care and diabetes education to individuals and groups.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consumer groups to develop and evaluate care plans.
* Drive quality outcomes and patient-centred care.

About You
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is eager to grow their clinical and education skills in a supportive environment. You will have:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Credentialed Diabetes Educator status or a strong commitment to undertake postgraduate qualifications in diabetes education.
* A solid understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
