KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
* Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
* Supporting leasing, ingoings, routines, and condition reports
* Arrears management and rental reviews
* Maintenance and repair coordination
* Assisting with accounts processes
* Supporting NCAT matters when required
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in Property Management, Leasing, or BDM essential
* Holds COR or Class 2 licence
* Strong communicator with excellent time management
* Confident managing a busy, high-volume portfolio
* Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
* Team-focused but capable of working autonomously
