The NDIS Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving excellence in service delivery and participant outcomes. Leading the strategic and day-to-day operations across NDIS programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, quality standards and human-rights-based principles, leading workforce capability and embedding innovation into service models, this role ensures the delivery of person-centred outcomes aligned with NDIS standards that will strengthen Police HomeCare's offering now and into the future
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of NDIS service professionals, this is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned leader or emerging professional ready to take the next step in their career. The role demands a dynamic professional with deep knowledge of disability services and NDIS frameworks, proven ability to manage complex programs and drive operational excellence, and strong commercial acumen to meet service and financial targets. Equally important are exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, strong workforce leadership and the ability to drive service innovation and program growth while fostering a culture of safety, compliance and person-centred care.
