Job Overview
As a seasoned Financial Manager, you will lead the finance function and strengthen financial governance, reporting quality, and operational performance. This critical role oversees all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, compliance, and financial risk.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior executives while supporting a finance team responsible for AP, AR, Payroll, Accountant. They will provide direct oversight of high-risk and strategic work, including Board reporting and capital projects.
About the Opportunity:
* Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, billing, and month-end/year-end cycles
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
* Enhance internal controls, policies, and financial governance
* Support major projects and Board reporting
