Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner
The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal in providing strategic and operational support to executive and senior leaders in delivering people-focused, compliant, and culturally aligned services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the trusted advisor for Clinical or Community Services
* Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
* Leading performance and development initiatives, probation reviews, and engagement activities
* Overseeing screening, credentialing, and compliance for regulated programs
* Supporting senior managers through change initiatives and workforce improvement projects
* Contributing to succession planning, reporting, and policy development
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, and bring at least two years of experience delivering HR services within a complex environment.
