About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality caravan servicing and repair work, ensuring safety, precision, and attention to detail across all tasks.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* 12V lithium battery and solar upgrades
* Leak and water ingress repairs and re-sealing
* Fault finding and diagnosis of appliance issues
* Timber frame and ply repairs for walls and floors
* Performing axle servicing of brakes, bearings and suspension
* Cladding installation including aluminium, composite and fibreglass
* Fabrication, assembly and installation of accessories including awnings and hatches
* Insurance repairs including accident, structural, mechanical, cladding, hail and timber
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience in caravan, automotive or trailer repairs
* A reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude with openness to feedback
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Trade qualification (e.g. Cert III in RV Service & Repair or Mechanics) preferred but not essential
