A growth-focused leadership opportunity within a boutique, creative agency environment. This role is ideal for a commercially minded Business Development leader who thrives in smaller, entrepreneurial teams and wants to drive sustainable growth through relationship-led strategy. You will own the new business function end-to-end from prospecting and pipeline development through to long-term account growth and strategic partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the agency's new business strategy across target sectors
* Proactively identify, approach and convert new client opportunities
* Manage relationships and accounts end-to-end, ensuring long-term growth
* Develop tailored pitch strategies and oversee proposal development
* Spot commercial opportunities within existing partnerships and expand accounts
* Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams to align growth strategy
Skills & Experience
* 10+ years experience in business development within an agency, insights, marketing or consulting environment
* Demonstrated success in generating and converting new revenue opportunities
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to think like a small business owner
* Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex sales cycles
* Proven ability to grow accounts strategically over time
* Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of initiative and self-direction
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging and collaborative style
