About the RoleAs the Practice Specialist, you'll be the key driver of clinical and practice excellence across the Vertaview Group, leading the development, evaluation and implementation of aged care and advocacy frameworks.
You'll embed best practice into our systems, ensuring everything we do is safe, culturally responsive, person-centred, and above all, driven by outcomes that matter to our customers.This role will work across major national frameworks, including: Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards NDIS Practice Standards National Standards for Mental Health Services You'll bring strong clinical insight, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to practice leadership, influencing how services are delivered, improved, and sustained across the Group.What You'll Be Doing Lead the development of aged care practice frameworks and contribute to cross-sector practice improvement Review and create clinical policies, procedures and manuals aligned with legislation and best practice Conduct holistic assessments of current practices, identifying risk and opportunity for growth Drive audit processes, data analysis, and reporting to support a culture of accountability and quality Deliver training, education and coaching across the organisation to uplift capability Represent Practice Excellence internally and externally, championing safety, rights, and care outcomes Participate in SIRS and quality indicator reporting with high attention to detail and compliance About YouYou're a driven, values-led clinical professional with a passion for improving care systems, and a vision for what high-quality, person-centred aged care should look like.
You bring: Proven experience in Community Aged Care, ideally in a quality or governance role In-depth understanding of aged care standards, incident reporting (e.g.
