* Maintaining outdoor areas by sweeping, hosing, and disposing of rubbish.
* Performing floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and polishing floors.
* Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained for daily use.
* Reporting any safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the relevant authorities.
