**The Opportunity**:

Working in the dynamic and collaborative environment of a top-tier international law firm, you'll support a senior Partner and team of ten in Disputes, primarily in the construction and international arbitration sectors.
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Utilising a legal CRM to manage client files, including opening and maintenance;
- Navigate Microsoft Office Suite to create and update complex legal documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations;
- Perform monthly billing via legal financial software and firm style guides;
- Organise meetings, travel and events;
- Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders in local, national and international offices.
This is a full-time position, 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a flexible working policy.

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a legal support role in a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Demonstrated practical proficiency with the legal billing and financial processes;
- Strong Microsoft Office user, comfortable navigating Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- A communicative working style, able to work in a group and autonomously;
- A mature working approach, able to work with discretion concerning confidential matters.
