About The role : An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team based in Campbelltown, NSW, on a contractor basis. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload across both paediatric and adult populations, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention services tailored to each client's individual needs. Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders. Design, trial, and implement low-tech and high-tech communication devices. Develop, implement, monitor, and review individualised treatment plans. Assess and manage swallowing difficulties and dysphagia. Collaborate with General Practitioners and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes. Provide education and support to clients, families, carers, community members, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in health promotion initiatives and quality improvement activities.
